Meh im ready for a new hottie

I only saw what little of her work got picked up on League Pass, but I thought she contributed to a positive image for the Pacers. Makes me wonder why they decided not to bring her back. Hope she goes on to another good opportunity somewhere.

Bummer. She was fiiiiine. I wonder if she's onto bigger and better things. I remember a couple playoffs ago (when the Pacers weren't in it), she did some correspondence stuff for TNT. Who knows.

Who would want to be on the hiring board for her replacement?

I don't think she was that hot, but she did a good job.

Now if only we'd can Chris Denari and Quinn Buckner. I've never listened to a color commentator that brings anything less to a broadcast.

Can we can Clark Kellog too? Cant stand him either!

Denari is decent and I like Clark Kellogg, even if he does repeat a lot of the same stuff every game. Buckner can definitely go.

Disagree completely. This is a very accomplished and respected announcer, especially for college, and I feel that we are lucky to have him involved in the organization as a mentor and as a broadcaster.

He's also the guy in 2k11. He's cut from the same player's cloth as some of these other annoying guys, but he's not a homer.

I like CK in 2k11, but his "spurtability" monologue after every frickin' 3rd quarter gets a little annoying. However, that's more the fault of the game's producers.

I'm sure more info will come out of this soon. I thought she did a good job, and based on reaction on twitter and here, almost everyone is shocked. Which makes me believe theres more to this story then it's being told. It's either, 1, she did something she wasn't supposed to, 2. she's on the verge of getting a bigger/better gig or 3. It's a cost-cutting move.

Watching a ton of League Pass has led me to believe that the Pacers announcers are some of the best in the league. I also dig Golden State's, Sacramento's and New York's teams.

There're some terrible announcing teams out there. Guys that seem to have never seen any of the players on the other team and what they do on the floor... Unprepared and under-informed about the game of basketball. Just crap...

I dig Denari and Buckner, they make me laugh, but I appreciate Kellogg a lot more.

It's very sad to see Stacy go. I've thought she's done a great job, and I'm guessing that she's gotten a better offer, probably with ESPN. She loves the game, and she knows her stuff. Sad to see her go, but I wish her the best in whatever she decides to do next.

I say we create a voting thread for the next pacers announcer. Maybe we can have a thread with pictures (much like the hotties draft from a few seasons ago) and we vote on them. Kind of a fun thing

i agree with this. he may not be the best announcer at a national level. but when it comes to local guys, hes one of the better ones.
