Bucks v Pacers/Area55 +pregame &WSSP postgame show LIVE

Area 55 members,

I don't know if you guys plan on hanging out a bit in the area before or after the game, but I know I'd love to have a drink with you guys, and I'm sure that is the case for most of my Squad 6 members. You should join us at Scooters Pub on Juneau (corner of Water Street). We'll be mortal foes during the game though, of course! :)

I am friends with the host of the Bucks Postgame show on 1250am WSSP (sportsradio1250.com) who will be broadcasting live from across the street of the Bradley Center, and I'm certain I can interest him in having one or two of your members (El Pacero in particular) on the air for a bit to talk about the Pacers and Area 55.

You can contact me on facebook, or email me directly at bucks.squad6@gmail.com

Our slight 4th quarter hiccup against the Celtics notwithstanding, the Bucks are on a ROLL and look to prove themselves against a good Indiana Pacers team. Area 55, the Pacers Squad 6 copycat, will have 36 of its members together up on the 400 level, so we need as many Bucks fans in the building as possible to help Squad 6 maintain the Bucks homecourt advantage!

As always, if you need tickets for this game, let me know. There are great specials we can obtain either from my own stock of tickets or from my rep with the Bucks.
I currently have two $30.35 face value tickets available for $12 each. Section 437, row D, seats 1 & 2. Numbers 400 Club access. I can get more tickets in that tier for $12 each as well.

Anyway, we'll be at Scooter's on Water at 6:00pm for $1 Miller/Coors/Bud/Schlitz tap pints, $1 rails and free popcorn.
Squad 6 Soldiers will be headed to the BC at 7:00pm. Everyone else might stay and have another drink or two if they so choose :)
Game time is 7:30pm

We'll head to Centercourt (across 4th Street from the Bradley Center) after the game for the 1250AM WSSP Bucks Postgame Show LIVE with Steve "Sparky" Fifer. They'll have $5 domestic pitchers of beer for us, and for $15 you can get a domestic pitcher of beer and a pizza.

After the postgame show, around midnight, we'll head a few doors down to The Irish Rec Room on Old World 3rd for our 2-4-1 special with Bucks ticket. Walk in with me after Centercourt to avoid paying cover.

Spread the word.

Let's go Bucks!

That's amazing. A classy gesture, guys. I really hope that you get the guys from Area 55 to meet you :D

Yeah, I've always thought the Pacers were a class organization. I got to meet (albeit briefly) a few Area 55 people when they came up near the end of last season. They are good people. Some people got a little salty at some of my gamesmanship, but it wasn't my fault that trip was poorly organized :)

I'm glad for the sake of Area 55 and the Pacers (but not for the Bucks, lol) that this excursion appears to be WAY more organized with quite a ton more participation. I'm sure it helps that the Pacers are doing really well and enthusiasm for the Pacers is up. I know that certainly played a big role in how many people I was able to bring down to Indiana at the beginning of last season (that trip was planned coming off our 2009-2010 Fear The Deer playoff run).

I'm really looking forward to the game tomorrow, as well as the competition between Squad 6 and Area 55.

BTW, I'd like to further extend my invitation to not just Area 55 members, but any Pacers fans (especially RealGMers) coming to the game. I'm not hard to spot. White Bucks hat, green throwback Bucks jacket. Come say hi and have a drink with me and my crew!

If I wasn't in the other side of the Atlantic Ocean I'd easily consider it :D

It's a trap!

Just kidding. I'm not sure if any regulars here are 55ers, but you never know who's lurking. With that race for 8th in the East, I would really like to see the Bucks pull it out. This might be the third night in a row we go down to the last minute.
