Shouldn't this guy be our number one FA target? He was playing great, but because he is playong in china everyones forgotten about him. He would be a perfect pg for us.

He'd be a nice option to look at, but will his contract still belong to Phoenix when he gets back?

He will be a restricted free agent to Phoenix, so long as they tender him a QO, which I'm sure they will. It's fairly low.

He put up some solid production for a year in Houston, and then dropped off the face of the earth in Phoenix after he was traded for Dragic. I think that, moreso than playing in China, is what made him disappear a bit.


I'd be much more interested in targeting Steve Nash, even if he could only play for 2-3 years, though.

I'd take Nash even if he had to play every other game.
