Collison out with groin injury. Indy kicked him in the nuts really hard.

Just saw a picture of Conseco (don't think I'll ever be comfortable calling it Bankers Life) and wow, hardly anybody there. Granted the Raptors suck.

2nd worst attendance in the league. Give it a playoff series or two. We got this place bumping once, and we can do it again especially with the Colts rebuilding.

^^^ Indy fans are sucking right now.

I would pay money to see someone throw a ball DWest's head, well I'd actually be paying for the carnage that followed. Deserved atleast a tech or a swift kick to tha nuggetz.

He might not be that good, but we are better with Collison.

I'm not watching the game. What do you mean by this?
Is the ball movement stale? Are we not getting enough penetration going to the basket?

George Hill isn't as comfortable with Hibbert and West, opting more for his own offense, which got him some points, but West and Hibbert didn't get as many hi-quality touches tonight. Barbosa came in pretty quickly when the Pacers had a bunch of miscues in the first quarter to give Hill a backcourt mate he can run with better. We adjusted and got the win, but things just weren't so smooth.

i'll be honest just a questions with implications on my fantasy team so i am not a Pacers fan. Any help would be appreciated though.. What's the status of Darren Collison? Reports say day-to-day, any chance he might actually miss more games? Groin injury, correct?

they haven't said anything yet. indystar.com says he hurt it against OKC and played with it against Boston but woke up sore today. watch the star and pacers.com for updates.

as for the game, Vogel did something I've not seen him do before. he benched Granger down the stretch. well deserved. he was getting killed on defense. trying too hard to make up for it on offense. and yacking far too much at the refs over the last call when he should have been on to the next play. he did come back in for the final minute but it was sure nice to have the option of going to Barbosa.

I don't know how much Indy fans can be accused of sucking. I went to 3 games last year and I can't even remember how many the year before. The parking is good, but there are no crossing guards so you have to play Frogger across the street, then you watch a team give half an effort while the referees try to make the game close while still making sure they don't call any fouls on a superstar. 10 minutes after the game, without fail, there's an usher yelling at everyone to clear out because the game is over. Fan Jam wasn't any better. The players don't want to be there and they rush you through the 'meet the players' session after you wait 45 minutes through everyone else complaining about how little time they're spending. Then the players go on strike NOT to lower ticket prices so we can go to more games, but because they want more money in a system that's going broke. We have one good year and I'm supposed to buy tickets? When the NBA proves that they can be fair to small market teams OR the Banker's Life staff shows a little bit of courtesy, I'll show up. Until then it's just 2-3 games a year in the nosebleeds because I love the Pacers regardless.

To his defense, he didn't get an entire season to get comfortable. 1 game as a starter.
DC has improved but I still don't think passing the ball to Hibbert or West and let them go to work, is an art.
I agree Hill could use a partner in crime. A player like EJ or Ellis would be better for him than a SF who can defend the 2.

George Hill appears to be more comfortable when he is looking to score and playing the 2. In his defense he really hasn't gotten that much time at pg this year. Early Lance played point with the second unit. Then it was Price and now since the Barbosa trade Hill gets the backup point guard minutes. I agree that Barbosa is a better running mate for him than George.

The rest of this season will be very interesting to watch.
