Not yet. I assume that they are going to release the roster a week after the draft. This gives the team time to evaluate and bring in free agents that were not picked in the draft, played in D-League, or overseas.

I would anticipate a date around July 1 for the free agent camp roster and "official" summer league roster around July 6th.

No chance until after the draft. Draft picks and undrafted guys fill out the rosters each year.

Yes, we should be able to. It depends on which site. For the past few years, I have gone through a link on pacers.com or magic.com and have been able to view the games for free.
