Pacers vs. Rockets in the Philippines

Just thought about sharing this. Hope to see my Pacers strolling around the metro cause I'm not going to the offseason game. Attached are the seat prices. Ridiculous, notably for the prime seats near the court.
I got into an "all-star" exhibition game with Durant, Kobe, Rose, Paul, etc. last season during the lockout for just under $100.

You can just divide the Philippine Peso price by 43 and you'll get the dollar equivalent.

I'm a die hard pacers fan here in Philippines since 97 during Reggie Miller's era. I really want to watch the game on Oct 10 but yes the price is too high!.

Same prices for the OKC v 6ers game here in Manchester, they are trading off the fact that it is hard to see NBA games outside of the US. I realise that there is a market for it, even in the Philippines seemingly, but these are ridiculous prices (50£ minimum here).

Just for comparison: I can go and watch 2 Premier League football games for that price and if I am not entirely mistaken that is about comparable to an average weekly wage in the Phillipines...

^ Yeah. Here in the Philippines it is beyond practicality. But surprisingly enough, tickets are reportedly close to being sold out. Though they have a good point in trying to globally expand the NBA market, but they should at least make it affordable for the third world countries they are trying to reach to.

For that $200, I can have like 60 orders of regular McDonald's meal here.

50£ converted to peso is still higher than the average weekly salary in the Philippines. Well, depends on which industry maybe.

Let's just watch it on TV bro. Better angles, better seats. And about 90% less expensive. :)

Wasn't a very good defensive game that's for sure.. Danny and Copeland are still trying to knock some rust off. Hopefully they can do it before the season starts so we don't have a slow start again

I was referring to Philippine Time which is 730PM.
However, pacers don't have a good game last night (PHT).

One good thing I've seen this preseason is Paul George he's playing pretty good. But can't really judge someone from two games and preseason games at that.

I don't really look much closer to preseason games but am I the only one who thinks we are still in the process of trying to see who fits in well in the starting unit? I didn't like what happened with their game in the Philippines, it's a pain to watch. David West's mid-range game is really a thing of beauty though.
