From Chicago to Indianapolis - Review

just a quick review of my first trip down to indianapolis....

Bankers Life Fieldhouse was amazing, the first 10 rows of the balcony as literally the view you'd get if the UC had a section between the 200 and 300 level... my season tickets are balcony, center court, 5th row - ABSOLUTELY PERFECT view! still excited about the seats!

Hotel stay - Stayed just outside of downtown Indy at La Quinta on Executive Drive, roughly less than 15 minute drive. Perfect if I wasn't planning on drinking the night away... ended up taking a cab from and to the hotel at a cost of $40 bucks; staying downtown next time if at all possible!

People in bars, etc. - Confronted by a group on ignorant fans about having Bulls clothing on, but that was anticipated to happen at least once. Overall, average people, not too nice, not mean... no many Thank you's the first time around.

Fans - FUN! Older gentleman and his wife sat next to us, very fun Pacer fans! and it was fun to jab eachother everyso often when the bulls and pacers started runs.

Food - Ate at some pub across the street, awesome food! then at some sports bar on corner, great food again.

Prices - Everything is cheaper out there.

Overall - Cant wait to be back and cheer for the NBA at the fieldhouse soon!

Hope this helps someone!

You might want to check the schedule to see if you have a weekend ticket when the Colts will be in town. tickets won't be cheap but they won't be silly either.
