Is this something we need to worry about?

On one hand, i totally get it and it makes perfect sense to sit him last night since if he's even slightly bothered by it, then sitting last night would allow him to have 5 consecutive days off.

However, everything the Pacers say is, Hill got injured in New Orleans. Which doesn't make much sense, since he sat out of practice the day before the New Orleans game.

And we all know how he was abused last year in the Knicks and Heat series.

Not worried yet, but it is something to keep an eye on. I have bad hips and there isn't really a lot you can do about it. It just hurts, managing it with rest seems sensible, if it is crunch time you can always use proper painkillers to manage it. \the annoying thing is that it comes and goes, if I am on the low-block and bang my hip against the opponent it can crumple me in seconds, but I can also go months/years without it being a problem.

Is it something that will keep him out for a prolonged spell this season? I doubt it, as the reason for that would be a surgical and I doubt they can fix this with surgery. Is it a potential early career terminator? Yes if it gets out of hand, unless he is prepared to play through the pain for a long time, some guys are like that... Kobe?
