Pepsi Center - Denver, COWe get to see Brian Shaw in action for the first time. Let's hope the Pacers have enough in the tank after a 4th quarter comeback and OT last night.

Back-to-back, up in the mountains, where we have looked unconvincing in the first two games of this road-trip and had an OT game yesterday. Not feeling good about this one, especially as Denver have been finding their rhythm recently.

Never really had hope for this game... I don't know why we can't play on the second night of back to backs

Pacers might be figuring out how to play while tired. We have 10 back-to-backs left.

Denver play like 14 back to backs this year.
We play 30+.

Tonights game is evidence that we need a 3rd center, Roy and Ian both fould out. I say take a flyer on Bynum give him a 10 day contract and see how he behaves. If he's got his head up his butt just cut him.

Yeah, I hate to think it, but is there a non-coincidence factor involved here? Don't know how many Miami play though, but 30 in an 84 game season smacks of fraud to me.

Here's a list of the same or more back to backs as Indiana:
Charlotte Bobcats: 22
Milwaukee Bucks: 21
Utah Jazz: 21
Cleveland Cavaliers: 20
Detroit Pistons: 20
Washington Wizards: 20
Indiana Pacers: 20
Brooklyn Nets: 20
Boston Celtics: 20
Houston Rockets: 20
Minnesota Timberwolves: 20
Philadelphia 76ers: 20
Atlanta Hawks: 20
My bad we have 20 not 30.

ah ok, 20 is more reasonable, but even then, what is noticeable about that list is that there are 10 East and 3 West teams and all these teams except for us are arguably performing below where they were expected to.

Why can't the league be fair about it and make everyone have the same amount of back to backs?

But back to backs aren't in the playoffs so we don't have to worry about that when the time comes

Lots of teams have to share with NHL and other arena events, so that's why it shakes out like that.
We have 8 back-to-backs left. I miscounted.
When the playoffs get rolling and we're going balls to the wall, fatigue will be an issue like it is for back-to-backs. I hope the team uses the last 8 back-to-backs to hone their skills under fatigued conditions and show some improvement there.
