Scalpers?

Hey guys, random question here.

I am a Trail Blazer fan who moved from the Seattle area here to Indianapolis about 8-9 months ago. I was looking to go to tonights game but can't find any reasonably priced tickets not in the 200's. (I've never been to an NBA game...I'm primarily a hockey fan which is probably why I can't stand these ticket prices haha)

I've been around Scotty's and the circle during games before by coincidence but have never seen scalpers hanging around like they usually are at sporting events, concerts, etc. I think finding one when the game is about to start or early into it would be my best chance of getting good tickets.

Also, do you guys have any parking reccomendations? I know after 9 its free at meters so I would only have to pay from 6 or 7 to 9 but in case I can't find one I was looking for back-up plans.

You will see scalpers in front of Bankers Life they are always there. I am a season ticket holder I park across the street in the parking lot that connects to Bankers Life.

I think he means the garages on Penn a few blocks north of Conseco. there is also a $5.00 outside lot on Delaware just South of South Street. plenty of scalpers near the game. the rule is they can't be on the fieldhouse property so you will find them across the street or the alley. you should find lots of them in the short block on Penn between Maryland and the fieldhouse or if you park on Delaware they'll be on the East side of the street.

you might want to check the Pacers ticket exchange. should be tickets well under $200. I'd expect to find good upper deck seats under $50.

Thanks for the information.

Edit - Looks like ticketsnow isn't the official ticket exchange but I looked them up and they are ran through ticketmaster so I purchased it. Got it for $77 row 4 section 118. Seems like a fair deal to me.

Thanks for the help everyone, and lets hope for a close exciting game tonight.

118 should be club level. $77 sounds fair to me too. haven't sat at club level for a few years but they used to serve a full menu of food and drinks right to the seats.
