If I owned the Pacers I'd trade everyone who makes more than $5 million and become a min salary team why spend $70 million a year on a team in a crooked league  .

I turned it off there is no point in watching a game when the outcome is predetermined. I've been posting here off and on for years but I'm about done with all of it.

Generally, the level of obvious and inconsistent calls in favor of the Heat makes me sick to my stomach.

I'm so pissed off that I'm not watching the rest of the playoffs, I'm gonna watch Animal Planet and the Cooking Channel.

Not as inconsistent as the players on the Pacers and that is what should make you sick. I don't see you complaining about the refs when Indiana went to the line 37 times to Miami's 15 in game 1. Miami is clearly the superior team and its not even debatable

NBA is crooked there is no question about it, as I wrote in the game thread from the 1985 NBA Lottery to the Larry Johnson 4 point play, to this BS!! It's rigged for the big market teams and star players just because one game might have been called straight does not change the facts that the Zebra's cheat.

I think fans need to stop crying about refs cheating. The smaller market teams seem to be having the most success in the NBA the past few years but superstars will always get the benefit of the calls. As for this series, its not difficult to see that Indiana is outclassed. The team looks lost on offense, their best players are not consistent, they TO over the ball too much, and they are allowing Miami to shoot over 50% in every game.

I wonder if you get what you saw if you watched Game 3 and 4. They called ticky tacky fouls in the Eastern Conference Finals. You have two heavy weight teams playing that ppl want to see whos the better team; but they consistently put the Pacers key players on the bench in foul trouble early in the game for many calls that were very bad. Especially in game 3. Paul George two quicks fouls in the 1st Quarter in game 3 go back and look at them. And then the 3rd in the 2nd quarter. Some of the fouls called; there wasnt even contact made. Go back and look at in the 4th when Bosh went up for the rebound and fell. West was like 3 steps away from him and they called a foul. Indy was robbed of an opportunity to beat this team.

West gave him a little push in the back.

You make Pacer fans look bad. FYI the Pacers shot more free throws than the Heat this year, and the Heat are only 17th in the league in free throws.

The Heat getting an abundant amount of free throws is boogieman narrative fans make for an excuse for why their team lost. The Pacers were outplayed man, just accept it. Roy Hibbert scores 0 points, Stephenson doesn't show up until the fourth, and you guys turned the ball over 14 times for 20 points. That has nothing to do with predetermined outcomes, that's just the Pacers getting outplayed.

Seriously, i would respect Pacer fans more if they didn't honestly blame the refs for getting blown out two games in a row.

A lot of fans need to understand the difference between "rigged" and "poor" officiating. Also, they should try officiating some time.

I really don't agree for a second that we lost due to rigged calls. We lost because the guys showed up unprepared and not mentally strong enough to perform. An issue that has been lurking under the surface all year and came to a head in March. It has been chasing us ever since.

I'd rather look at the poor decisions made by our coach than at the officials for an explanation. It is, I am sure you will agree, his job to ensure the team arrives ready to stop Bosh hitting his first four shots, to ensure we run plays to our strengths, well executed...

Yesterday was atrocious, Hibbert was BY FAR our biggest potential weapon, how often did he get the ball in a useful position to post up Bosh? How often did we see flow in the offense rather than one of our wings dribbling for 15 seconds before realising the pick isn't working cause of hedging? Who saw Scola KILL things inside and then pulled him out for most of the game, rather than change up and put Scola and West against the small Heat?

Poor coaching, poor mental preparedness. Stop looking elsewhere.

I didn't like the officiating. I don't like either Crawford. I thought a lot of the steals the Heat got out of double-teams deserved a whistle. but I don't think the game was rigged and I think our players have to know that the Heat are going to try to trap them and so we need to move the ball crisply. we also need to figure out a way to stop the ball when Lebron goes one on five.

perhaps Roy and Stephenson not being factors have to do with them sitting out due to cheap fouls.

i didn't see the Heat complaining about cheap fouls when the entire starting line up was in foul trouble in game 1.

And even if that were the case, that's no excuse for going scoreless through 3 quarters, or the whole game in Hibbert's case. They had a bad game, just accept it and stop blaming the refs for everything that goes wrong.

Exactly Smash Exactly. There is no disputing that James is crazy good at basketball but there is also no disputing that he gets the calls from the PATHETIC REFS!!! If he's that good why does he have to be supported by 3 refs?

PG complains and gets fined $25k, if I was him I'd pay it in pennies.
