So I don't have a way to watch this game, but I streamed a few clips and read a bit on the game over at the Minnesota board. Doesn't quite give a full impression though.
How'd we look?

Wasn't televised anywhere. Followed along on twitter a bit.
George Hill played well as the dominant guard. Shayne Whittington played very well in his minutes as well. He showed to be healthy, and apparently looked as if he could really be 3rd string center this year. Lavoy Allen played very well, too. Not much else to report either positive or negative.

Copeland and Watson sat. Mahinmi did too although he's hurt. I assume Cope and CJW will play the next game and a couple of others will sit.

Cope tweaked his ankle a bit at practice the day before. He was sat as a precaution. Mahinmi has the shoulder thing from FIBA, but should be back shortly.

Re: Preseason game verses Timberwolves
Didn't get to watch it, but apparently Hill took a fall and hurt his hip (? IIRC), but was able to walk off under his own power.
Apparently the whole ball movement philosophy that was apparently the goal for this season seemed to work pretty well. Guess we looked a lot more Spurs-esque than Knicks-esque this game.
But this is the pre-season and this is the Timberwolves sans Kevin Love.

His fall was in the first half. He came back and played well for the rest of the game.

Re: Preseason game verses Timberwolves
G Hill's had a strange slew of random hip/groin area injuries over the years, but I think he'll be fine.
I think there is a concerted effort to become more efficient on offense. These guys have continuity working for them on defense, and that was pretty apparent.
Interestingly enough, he was only 1-6 from the field, but Solo had an aberrant +/- of +22. (He was also blocked 3 times). I'm don't attribute much importance to +/- but it definitely seems like he could be the kind of player where he does what he's supposed to do at the right time in the right place.
