I think just about everyone following his career predicted this.

I remember it was an annual summer occurence for posters on this forum to see David jamming in the pavilion at Deer Creek at the Dave Matthews concerts every year, while openly smoking weed in the pavilion, and with other people around him that he didn't know. Guy towered over the crowd and seemed shocked that people noticed him.

As an "international" fan I've got to say that's quite the story. I always heard about him being lazy, and was disliked by the staff. I never liked him.

Harrison needed to work harder and Jim O'Brien is a negative douchebag that players generally don't like.

It was said on the General Board by someone, but I think bears repeating. Hard to feel sorry for the guy when he is only 32 and could be playing ball somewhere for money. If he had to get a job at McDonald's, just try and get into the D-League since the salary is about the same per year. Or go overseas for more money. If he truly recognized that he needed to work harder, he could do it now.

Only his fault for wasting all the money he got from playing basketball.

From the article- "Harrison has given up on basketball improving his financial situation, but believes he will eventually figure out the right way to improve his life."

lol

Basketball has given him a huge opportunity to a path for a great life. He blew it.

With the money he made, he could have bought his own McDonalds franchise.
