Jermaine Oneal.
Paul George
Chuck Person
Reggie Miller
Mark Jackson.

I tried to pick something from different eras. Hard not to just choose that 98 team that took Chicago to 7 games in the ECF. But I was born i n 87 so I never saw many of the all-time greats from before my era

Paul George (He's a 4 now)
Myles Turner...fine, Jermaine O'Neal.

Oh, this is tough.

Top 5?
Reggie Miller
Roger Brown
Mel Daniels
Freddie Lewis
Rik Smits
coached by Slick Leonard

Honestly, I just couldn't yet put Paul George in. He's close, but I think in another year or two, he'll be there. Other really tough calls? Chuck Person and George McGinnis. Next tier is where I put Detlef Schrempf, Danny Granger, Roy Hibbert, Vern Fleming, Davis Brothers, etc. Can't quite call Mark Jackson one of our all-time guys. He was there for some of the highest of highs, but just can't.

Starting 5? Too tough. Can't do it.

Like Scoot I'd start with Reggie, Rajah, and Mel. I'd go McGinnis at the 4. He was the first power forward with power, speed, and range. I'm a big Freddie Lewis fan but I couldn't argue with Buse or Jackson at the point.

honorable mention Smits, DD, Vern, Chuck, Billy Knight, and Granger.

This is tough, at only 27 years old I didn't get a chance to watch any of the ABA Stars, so I'll keep it to players that I actually had a chance to watch, starting in 96-97.

PG Mark Jackson (Not sure how his game would hold up in today's NBA, tempted to put Jalen Rose here but afraid he might jack up too many shots)
SG Reggie Miller
SF Paul George (A lot of guys could go here, but PG has the chance to better than all of them)
PF Jermaine O'neal
C Rik Smits (Be a good match with O'neal playing hi-lo.)

Biggest challenge for this team will be speed, athleticism, and might have some trouble on defense. I definitely would want to have one of the Davis' guys as our first bigs off the bench and give me Granger as our sixth man.

During my lifetime I wasnt able to witness the greatness of McGinnis, Mel Daniels, Roger Brown.

Jalen Rose
Reggie Miller
Ron Artest
Paul George
Jermaine O'Neal

Honorable mention is Danny Granger. It was hard to leave him out of this starting five.

I started following the pacers in the late 90's so will only list players from that era onwards

Mark Jackson
Reggie Miller
Paul George
Jermaine O'Neal (playing a 4/5 hybrid)
Rik Smits

My bench would be
Jalen Rose
Danny Granger
Dale Davis
Antonio Davis
