It still wasn't the prettiest game ever. We need to make our free throws. Our defense still isn't quite our defense from a couple years ago. Our offense stagnated at times. And it required a couple huge 3 pointers near the end.
But it was enough overall to end up defeating a pretty good team, and has to feel good that we actually managed to pull one out in crunch time.

Great road win. They were down by a bit for most of the night. They just kept going hard. It was impressive. Even in the fourth, when down by just 2, i think that was their smallest margin in a while, George Hill missed a easy shot near the rim, then Durant hit a 3, then George Hill made an awful pass to Turner, and OKC scored to again extend the lead to 7. But they fought back again.
Ellis was outstanding, but Turner and Mahimni were great too IMO.

Low key almost-triple-double from George Hill. He could've played better, but he continues to do things that people don't see.

We held strong for the first time all year.
For those who don't know, Monta Ellis held a players only meeting going into the all-star break stressing the need to come together and fight harder for all 48 minutes. Certainly sounds like he might be the true locker room leader right now, at least vocally, among the guys. Then he came out and held up his end of the bargain with a monster game. Seems like he might be a keeper.

He definitely brings much more to the table than his chucking reputation suggests.
