I'd take the over. Even in a more competitive East, putting them only 2 games above .500 seems low

Given how different our roster is and how conservative projections are for Myles, this is not surprising.
42.5 was our over/under last season. The main thing that concerns me is coaching, though it isn't that Nate will subtract wins, but that Frank added a good amount, beating the over/under most of his years here.
