Official but the Pacers never release details and it's too soon for leaks. Wonder if he got guarantees or settled for a 2-way?

It is not a 2 way according to Nate Taylor twitter. But no other details on the contract.

I infer that his health is better than Sumner's then. Interesting that the tweet suggests that a 2-way contract might be with the Ants rather than the Pacers. Sumner is shown on the roster though.

Well, 2 way contracts are with the nba team, but excluded from 15 man roster and from salary cap/luxury tax while limited to 2 years.

that's what I thought too. I believe G-League contracts are technically with the league rather than the team or its parent team.

That is correct. Rights are "held", players aren't "signed"

So this means we're at 15 with Leaf still unsigned? Have to imagine Niang is gone.

Nope I was counting Leaf since he's already listed on several salary websites.

Jefferson was my miss. We can proceed with 15 though as some have no guarantee. Don't know if that chances before January though. Still we can make room for a deal.

I think they need to do something with Jefferson and Thad Young, worst case is they hold them till next year and then they buy out Jefferson $4 million and Young opts out.

Believe they would have stated it as a two way contract if it was one of them like they did for Sumner.
I bet Ike's is a fully guaranteed rookie scale deal.

2nd rounder so there is no rookie scale for him. Will be interesting to see if he got one, two, or three years of guarantees.

Good potential and will still get stronger.
