Gameday Thread 03/02: Pacers @ Bucks

Post#1 » by AussiePacer » Fri Mar 2, 2018 10:10 pm

About the most important game of our season so far - after 2 disappointing losses, we face a team eager to rise in the East who have one of the best players in the league. With the 76's winning yesterday, and a winnable game on the back to back today, a win here would be gold.

Tough game, so even if we don't manage the win I hope we play well, fight to the end and have a much better start than we have the past 2.

Two losses against inferior teams (though on the road, but does it matter?), now things are getting real. If Pacers belong - they better win. Otherwise Pacers just were lucky before the All Star break.

Sabonis has 2 fouls, I"m wondering why he's still in and Turner has no fouls is on the bench.

Great move by Turner. Want to see him take it inside like that more often.

I'd say at this point the pacers are missing Collison.

Good win, on to the next one. Wizards just lost to Raptors, let's keep them down.

I did this. Turned on the radio to find us pleasantly up. Then getting real worried for a second.

I don't have any numbers backing it up, but I swear they play worse when I watch or listen to the game. My mind says there's no way they can know if i'm watching or not, but it seems to happen all the time.

Nice win for the pacers, needed it after losing the 2 to two sub 500 teams.

so it was both of us. they did buckle down when we got home and turned on the TV for the final minutes.

Washington game now huge for standings. we'd be in so much better shape if we hadn't blown the two road games but the teams we're chasing could say the same thing.

Heck of a road win. Also gives us the tiebreaker over the Bucks should we finish tied.

Collison is projected to be back by next game, yes?

thought at least one more but Washington would be great even if he comes off bench on a pitch count.

Cavs lose. Win at Washington puts us at the 4 seed and a half game behind CLE.
