So, one of his teammates called him soft, and that apparently is the catalyst for Myles' more physical play recently.

He didn't name who it was though, so let's see if we can guess.

Right from the start, I'll eliminate the junior guys like Joe Young, Leaf, Poythress.

I'll also eliminate GR3 and Booker, based on timeline. Supposedly he was called soft 18 games before the win against Lakers, so Booker wasn't on the team, and GR3 hasn't played a game yet by that point.

I'll also eliminate Domas and Vic, they just seem too nice and non confrontational, plus they are new to the team. It's probably not Bogie either, as his own play hasn't exactly been stellar.

So who we have now are: DC, Thad Young, CoJo, Lance, and Al Jeff

Looking at that group, if I have to bet, I'll say it's probably Al Jeff or Lance, with CoJo being a possibility as well.

I would say definitely Al, Lance, or CoJo. Al and Lance being the top 2 suspects. I would have guessed Popeye but he said it was a teammate.

Lance or Al would be my guesses. Lance cuz he's known for talking a little trash here or there. Al because he knows what it takes to be play big in a big man's league.

except Montieth story says it is not Al or Lance. I'm guessing Collison based on leadership although I suppose Thad is that too and plays inside. we do know that Victor once made a late night visit to his house so he's a possibility too.

If Myles is telling the truth that it wasn't Al, I think Thad is the only one player who could say this and get away with it. A comment like that has to come from a fellow big, and a mentor.

Man 2nd time this week Montieth had something I didn't previously know about. Guess I'll have to start reading/listening to him again.

if you are on twitter, I resisted for a long time but finally gave in, follow Mark and his tweets will tip you off to stories of interest.

I don't check twitter ...much, but I do. I hadn't seen the tidbit about it not being Lance or Al though. He does have an update that's of some interest. Just making sure it doesn't turn into one of those lame media highlighting beef between players stories I suppose.

I think it was Cojo. His role was recently increased. He has played with Duncan, Ibaka and Jonas who were the anchors of the teams and are rough riders. Myles compared to those guys would be considered a bit soft although more talented than everyone there except for Timmy.

Vic was in the footage talking **** to Myles, asking him, "who?" and he's trolly enough that it could be him.

8p9s has an article speculating that it was Damien Wilkins. He apparently had a farewell dinner with Myles, which may well have been the time the message was delivered. The timeline fits anyway.

I don't know if it's true or not. And anyway, I don't think it's that big a deal. But it's nice to think that signing Wilkins might have eventually led to this improbable payoff.

I remembered reading this a while back way before the interview with Myles happened. So my guess is Big Al.
