With the reports that "Paul George’s Camp Telling Teams ‘Pretty Adamantly’ He Will Join L.A. In 2018," this looks like a pretty reasonable offer given the circumstances.

Really I thought it looked like a giant excrement sandwich. 8-)

is it time to talk about which excrement sandwich was better? I would rather have randle, clarkson, kuzma then oladipo and sabonis

Where would the Pacers be now if they'd taken that offer of Randle, Clarkson and pick 28 for PG?

They'd be in the lottery. Although, it'd be nice to have Kuzma and we'd have a whole youth movement and a solid draft pick coming. So, likely not in terrible position going forward. But Oladipo has clearly been the driving force behind this season, and without him, we'd be in a much different place.

Lottery no doubt. I liked Kuzma at #18 over TJ Leaf, I also liked John Collins, Jarret Allen and Caleb Swanigan. So we could have had Kuzma if we'd wanted him or scouted him better.

But Randle has to be resigned and Clarkson is a marginal starter on an average to below average team.
