This guy again? I saw another poster mention something about us looking for another Damien Wilkins this year, I guess this could be considered along those lines. I don't think he'd be a negative presence in the locker room and that's about all I care about when it comes to something like this.

Plus, maybe if we cut him in December, we could get Lance again. Worked last time.

I hope we dont go that route again. He is a decent guard but I would rather give Holiday a chance to compete with Cojo in camp. If he isnt good enough Cojo will play. Tyreke can play point guard minutes. You have Four guys that can handle the playmaking duties. I hope they decide to look for another wing. I would rather sign Travis Leslie over Stuckey considering he has played well in summer league. Or look for a Robert Covington type of player and try to pry him from someone elses summer league team. 3 and D wings are valuable whether we need them right away or possibly later. Who knows they may find a cheaper Thaddeus Young type of player that can be signed to a cheaper deal for a couple years allowing the potential inevitable loss of Young seamless. We need value pickups that can develop at the end of the bench juxtaposed to vets who are just there for positive vibes.

I'd assume we're just being nice... the Pacers were the last team he played for after all.

As was said above, there's no basketball reason for us to be interested.
