I always thought he had some legit talent. Wish it would've shown on the court for us more.

Yep, you read that correctly. Three 40 point games… in a row.

Are you ready for this? Joe Young is currently averaging 31 points per game to go with 4.5 assists. He has found his place, and he is dominating.

He’s not the only former Pacer playing well in China, either. Al Jefferson is currently posting a statine of 11.7 points per game and grabbing 7.8 rebounds. He’s not dominating like Joe Young, but he’s still playing well.

Joe is currently 7th in scoring while shooting 25.5% from 3 on over 7 attempts a night.

I am not surprised

Last season I kept saying he could score, and that he plays a scrappy high pressure defense; but for some reason Nate just didn't want to give him much playing time; I specifically wanted to see him and Leaf, and to a lesser extent Poythress and GR3, get meaningful playing time last season

I wouldn’t look at this as saying anything about his potential in the nba. Ahead of him in scoring are Jimmer, Pierre Jackson, Jonathon Gibson, Jamaal Franklin, Darius Adams, and Marcus Denmon. Tyler Hansbrough is putting up 22 a night there.

Good for Joe Young, maybe some NBA scouts will give him another shot at the NBA.
