The Mavericks, Pacers, and Jazz would likely bottom out harder if they were to lose as many players to injury as the Raptors have.

Huh? Dipo hasn't played yet, Myles Turner missed 8 games, Lamb missed 11 and Brogdon has missed 12. This is a site that purports to have people who pay attention.

That part was written by Paolo Uggetti...? https://www.theringer.com/authors/paolo-uggetti

I dunno, probably just has completely forgotten that Oladipo exists? I will agree that Toronto has been hard hit. OG has only missed 1 game, but the rest of their primary roster has all missed around 10-15 games each. But, yeah. Weird that he wrote that?

I definitely disagree with his assessment of the tiers in the Eastern Conference. It looks to me more like.

1. Bucks

2-6. Everyone else in the conference with a winning record

7-8. Playoff teams with a losing record (Nets, Magic)

I have:

1. Bucks
2. Heat
3-6. Teams hoping to make the ECF
7-8. Teams losing in the first round

Heat definitely don't have more talent than anyone else, but their coaching and FO puts them a step ahead I think.
