Hopefully he adequately fills the hole in the lineup for Dallas, but I really don't think it affects The Pacers chances of winning tonight much.
We are super lucky WCS didn't fall to #11 in that draft.

You might be the only one that stayed up late...dang was it late. I’m rewatching it now on league pass. These west coast games are just killers for fandom!

Just finished up re-watching the game. Lamb had a nice bounce back game for us offensively. He's still hit or miss defensively, but he was a little bit of a do it all wing last night. Warren clearly had a great game offensively, and was pretty good defensively, too. The thinned out bench (Goga, Sampson, and Leaf had a virus, and Brogdon is in concussion protocol) really produced. The Holiday brothers paired up for some outstanding minutes, and Doug was doing his usual Doug things. He's also getting to be a smart and heady player defensively. He may not have the natural defensive talents to keep up, but he's really developing that JJ Reddick mentality of knowing when to poke and prod and recognizing back cuts and motion. Sumner was real tough defensively too, and hit a tough bucket on offense.
For GSW, Russell was just on fire, but overall, the team just couldn't stand up to our defensive pressure and turned the ball over entirely too much. Their offense came not just from the 3, but the LOOOOONG 3 well beyond the arc. Myles and Dom just weren't able to step out to defend it off screens, but they did a good job of cutting off the lane. Glenn Robinson III had one of those nights we had really hoped for from him when he was here, but injuries just wouldn't let him. Good to see him do well.

Watching 4th quarter again today as NBATV has Warriors feed.
Edit with 6 minutes to go the screen flashed black and switched to our announcers. Then at 3 minutes they switched back.

I didnt catch this one, but I did see the stupid Orlando Magic blow a 16 point lead to the Celtics. That would've really helped us in the standings.

there were a couple of other "standings" games Friday that looked like they were going our way and then didn't. then Philly beat the Lakers easily last night. 2 through 6 are going to be a dog fight for a long time.

Fair enough! Are you still watching/following along from there, or just used to that kind of schedule? If so, China? Thailand? Indonesia? Always nice to hear of how far the Indiana Pacers fandom reaches.

Well I'm semi retired, and most Pacer games start around 8am over here, so I typically wake up early, go for my morning walk, get some breakfast maybe, and then settle in to watch the game
Malaysia, we border Thailand to the north, and Singapore to the south

I never would have had the time to follow the Pacers if I were still working, so it's quite serendipitous that the Pacers became, in my opinion, fun to watch again (the PG era just never appealed to me, too much drama) just as I decided to slow things down
It's meant to be; this is the way

There are a few international Pacers fans that post here on RealGM. And I'm always really interested to hear how they started following the Pacers and what in particular made this small market team appeal to them.

Reggie Miller brought Pacers to me... I allways liked to watch 3-pt shooters... and that's how it all started
