This is going to be an interesting game.

Mavs have a lot of injuries but Warren being out takes a lot of our scoring away. We're pretty big favorites at home here, but not sure I have that kind of confidence after seeing us get whooped by the Knicks...

Vic needs to attack the basket more to find a rhythm. He is still out of sync but continues to fire away from three. Coach has to encourage him to attack to score or dish. Then if he is able to draw some fouls; he can get to the free throw line and get into a rhythm shooting the ball.

Another injured player at least means we get our brother back.

With the TDL almost there, just want to say that the Pacers absolutely need to hold on to him.

When the Pacers will struggle offensively in the playoffs, Aaron is a very good and rare card to play.

It's a funny world we live in. We got our best returning player back and they are missing a MVP candidate and we are playing the worst game stretches of the season. Not over yet, still possible to return from deficit.

It is hard to win games when someone is missing 13 shots and only makes 4. And again the General goes down with him, looking less and less like the Allstar version we saw in the beginning.

Not much else to do but wait for another moment of development of chemistry and grow some threes and rebounds. The future remains bright.

I know what you're saying. But other than the last 2 games it hasn't happened a lot. And Dallas has played well without Luka this year. Not a horrible loss by any means. There is going to be some struggles with Vic re-entering everything. I think we all knew that there would be some struggle.

He missed an entire year. There was certainly some rust to be expected. The games here before the break are like his pre-season games.

We should know better than most, it’s never easy to beat a Rick Carlisle coached team. They’re going to always be ready to play. No matter who’s missing.

Yes but we've lost 3 games to Detroit. 1 to Atlanta and one to Charlotto! To name a few.

Its a day to day thing really, on a bad day anyone can lose. Like Mavs beaten Philly, Bucks, Indy and something more away without Luka, but a bad shooting day they threw a away 30 Point lead away against raptors. On the other hand Mavs have lost twice to the knicks and was blown away against suns by 30. When shots dont fall u will lose.

Was a fun game tho. Love Sabonis moves in the post

Only one of those 5 you listed was at home. And other than the Atl loss they were all very early in the season. Once the guys learned how to play with each other there haven't been very many bumps in the road until Vic was re-introduced. I mean there was some (myself included) that was hoping we would be around 500 until Vic got back. I think so far, this team has once again exceeded expectations.

Curious that they started Lamb

With Warren out, I'd have given Doug a shot at the starting SF spot honestly

Doug and Sabonis play the 2 man game so well together with the 2nd unit I'm sure there was some thought to keeping their rotations together.

Lambs been starting all year and Dougs been manning the 2nd unit all year. Nate really seems to like keeping his units together as much as possible, as we’ve seen with having Holiday go from out of the rotation to starting.
