Can someone teach the Pacers how to rebound the basketball?

All those offensive rebounds that they give up is just a disgrace
One example, look at the number 6 play in this video
Shot goes up. Pacers stand still and look. Adebayo goes for the easy, almost uncontested putback
Myles, Doug, and Vic were all near the basket, it's three of them vs one Heat player, Adebayo
Yet none of them decide to block out Adebayo. Apparently they all felt the best way to contribute to the rebounding battle is to stare at the ball while it's in the air
Like, if you stare hard enough, maybe the ball will fall into your hands
Come on. I've seen random people do a better job at blocking out while playing pick up basketball. The Pacers shouldn't be this bad at rebounding
It legit made me Google "is boxing-out allowed in the NBA", just to make sure it's not a new rule thing
