I hate to be overconfident but the Pacers should win by at least 20. I like Chicago's rookie, Patrick Williams, though. He is a nice building block for the Bulls.

Maybe, but remember, this might be a game Indy could win by 20+, and it might be a game that Bjorkgren chooses to play Aaron Holiday/Ed Sumner more minutes to help develop them and help them and others be ready to be a potential playoff helper down the line. This may not be the McMillan era anymore where we play the starters 35 + minutes and we run away with a huge win.

I'm interested to see what the Bulls look like with a new coach.

If I remember correctly, Myles absolutely feasted the last time Pacers played against the Bulls

Reasonable to expect him to do well against them again

Might be a good opportunity to load manage Domas a little, and maybe give Goga some playing time

Goga’s out indefinitely (a couple weeks) with a severely sprained ankle.

I say the same thing every time we play them. But there is no one more adept at torching the Pacers than Zach Lavine. The guy is electric and, at times, unstoppable offensively. May I remind you of this game:

I wish I knew of a way to easily pull his per-game averages versus the Pacers in his career.

With that said, I agree with you. We should beat them handily.

I didn't watch or read about the first game the Bulls played this season against the Hawks, but I found out reading a summary for today's game that Atlanta scored 83 in the first half?

48 seconds into the game and Myles already got his first block

McDermott and Justin Holiday ending the half as the 4/5. McMillan would NEVER!

Well, to be fair, that lineup didn't look so great... they cut down the lead pretty quickly b/c of the lack of interior D. Nate probably woulda had Jakarr in there given the foul trouble, which I wouldn't hate so much.

Against certain teams I'd probably prefer Jakarr. But given how bad WCJ was playing and the fact that Lauri is a perimeter based big, I'd say it was the right call to go for offense over defense.
