Really like the way this team is playing right now. The transition offense is beautiful. Victor looks like he's returned to form somewhat (at least moreso than in the bubble).

Vic looks like his old self and is starting to feel it. His offense is driving his defense, and vice versa. Sabonis having a “weak game” and he still has darn near a triple double in the 3rd, and playing some really improved defense this year. Turner is absolutely affecting everything near the lane with just his presence. In the 3rd quarter alone he’s altered a ton of shots and just forced a ton of bad passes out of the lane on abandoned drives out of fear that he’ll swat them.

For the Celtics, Tatum looks in a funk tonight. I keep waiting for him to take over. Theis has had an absolutely terrible series here in Indy. Robert Williams is starting to look not just like an NBA caliber player, but is starting to look like he’ll be a real contributor in Boston long-term.

What is this fourth quarter meltdown

Just an awful 4th quarter. Poor shot selection and the mental mistakes down the stretch are really what costed us the game. We had the chance to sweep the Celtics in the season series but blew it.

These two games versus the Celtics were the first tests for Bjorkgren's Pacers because the games were tight and went to the very end. Pacers played Boston really well in both games. Same rosters but it just feels so much different. But the sloppiness at the end of tonight's game which played a part in the loss, was very old-Nate esque. They almost did it on Sunday as well though. Turner threw the ball away on a odd-men rush, then Justin Holiday off threw it to Brodgon but straight to the Celtics for a easy slam dunk and of course at the very end, a player which looked a lot like the Bogdanovic/Rozier turnover, where TJ Warren got the ball off the inbounds and had no clue what to do, leading Marcus Smart to take it away for a easy lay up.

Pacers overcame these on Sunday. Quite weren't as lucky tonight. This has been a problem for this squad long before Bjorkgren showed up and it's something they'll have to work on.

This team is a lock to make the playoffs, not heavily leaning on 1 or 2 players.

If you are a Pacer fan dreaming about walking the Pacific Crest Trail, now is the time :D .

17 point leads didn't work for the Pacers or the Colts.

when it got tight I said to myself that we were going to start taking quick 3s that miss and we did. Coach will need to learn that even though he likes 3s, we have a history of taking them in panic which does not work.
