Myles, who was guarding Harrell went to help and challenge Schroeder's drive to the basket

McConnell was trying to chase Schroeder from behind instead of switching to Harrell

So all Schroeder had to do was make the pass to Harrell for the easy basket

This is the sort of thing that Pacers have been having problem with all season

Even if Schroeder had tunnel vision and attempted the shot anyway and missed, Harrell would have been there to snag the easy offensive rebound with no Pacer player blocking him out

Should have won this game, but they let the Lakers hang around too long after leading and out playing them most of the game. Then on last possession Brogdon inbounds the ball to the Lakers sealing the defeat.
