We needed that win badly. If we can limp until we have a stretch of home games after the tournament, we can make a run.

Sumner and Levert were absolute killers here. Myles with no points, but game changer defensively. Goga had really good minutes too. He’s really getting there to contributing consistently, though a bit further to go.

Sumner with the back to back 3s really kept this team in the game when they needed it

That's why it's so critical to develop young players like Sumner and Goga

Bjorkgren should have started doing this way earlier

I think Goga can potentially be a better shot blocker than Myles

He seems more intelligent in positioning himself, he just lacks experience

I don't know if Goga will ever be a better shot blocker than Turner. However, with more game experience plus work with a big man coach I think he has potential to be a more rounded player. I like his close to the rim shooting, rebounding, and his ability to defend the rim. He seems to not take himself out of the play trying to block every shot. Seems to pick his moments. He's so raw but has such promise. I get the impression in his career before NBA he might have not played under the rim that much and is learning the physicality of the NBA center position. IDK

Sumner was on Fire tonight with his shot and that's why as you said Bjork should be developing him with more playing time. Was cool to hear Caris say after the game how fast Sumner was when he was playing 1 on 1 with him to get conditioning. I've seen that burst and that's an asset both offensively and defensively. Just as long as he can stay in control.
