That is simply frightening.

It could be worse.

It could be OKC again.

Being totally honest, I have no idea what this thread is about.

I wrote a brick at CLECaus thread about what LeVert can do there.
Sure all of you know him better than me, so if you want to correct me on something (or everything) I'd appreciate it.

I don't specially like him.

Either he can evolve his style of playing or he has few J.B. can use to give him heavy minutes into current CLECaus systems.

An emergency resource for games where collective mojo is not there, so we need a give me the ball and I'll do it by myself type of guy... I can't see much more.

He's (relatively) young.,, he's supposed to be entering his prime right now. I've seen Aron Baynes developing a 3p shoot out of the blue being 30 years old, for instance.
So is not impossible he can adjust himself to unselfish CLECaus ball movement.

I don't know if he can play tough defense. If he can, he never proved it before.
Again, not impossible he evolves on that. Markkanen didn't look a good defender at Chicago as well and now he's fine.

He can't run the team.

Zero Pont-Guard instincts. He can play kinda combo-guard (many people mislead that with legit PGs) and he can do sorta play-making... by no means brilliant or particularly creative.
He's but a so-so passer and not prone to share the ball (not so far, at least).

About his physical accountability... I don't wanna judge. Injuries are 90% hazard, so he might be perfectly healthy all the time he spends with Cavs.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Good news: He has undeniable offensive talent.

He has been nothing to write home about from long distance this season but he used to be reliable in the past... I foresee he can easily become a good shooter again.

He can drive and finish on traffic. He is less powerful than Colin but he's bigger and has a deeper skill set as well.
He is Ohio native and can count with his ex-teammates Afro JA and Rondo to sweeten his adaptation process.

Just happy Levert is finally gone!

He is just not a good teammate.

Everytime I see him get the ball, I have the feeling it goes wrong.

I never understood why we got him, I don’t understand why anyone would trade for him. On some nights he scores a lot, but never really efficient.

He miss really talent, he miss technique, he miss speed.
Just an average player, who somehow got too many minutes. As number 8,9 on your team with just some shots per game. That should be the max.

I rather would have kept Aaron Holiday than Levert.

It was a desperate move by the Pacers to trade for him, it is a desperate move by the Cavs to trade for him.

By all accounts, he's a really good teammate, and a very well liked guy.

I never heard about him being a bad teammate or my takes on him would have been way harsher.
I was only talking about his (current) style of playing bball... not ideal for CLE, in my opinion.

But context matters: maybe in a different environment he can show aspects of his game that I didn't see.

I mean with not a good teammate he takes way too many shots.

If I have to pick teams, than I take the guys that make something happen and have a positive influence on the court.

He is probably a very nice guy. Good with his teammates, likable guy for the coach. That is probably the reason for his minutes.

Just I would never want him in my team.

Hi El Hespiritu, just came to see whether your traveling fan club has already settled. You never disappoint, man. Keep it up!

Wdzięczność, m1chal. You know you're always welcome.

I hope you're enjoying your new status as Legit Contender Fan.

After all those years of bodyball-shaming, y'all sure deserve it.
Now you need to endure hate instead of shaming but that's great news. I bet you're OK with it.

After each BlackTroll Suns win, I can see Twitter boiling in fury.

This is the Rubio fans coming to the Pacers, it's a fun group. I think our thread is still active now and then.

Happy to see you, @Babyjax13.

I know I should cheer all of you more often but multifandom (I'm into anime, cinema, TV shows and Classic History too) is a devourer of time and focus.

If any, RRubio nomadism lead us to know nice people around NBA franchises,

Grateful for that.

So gratitude.

I won't remember that 8-players available game before deadline.
I just deleted it from my mind as I delete a session with the dentist.

I'll take this CLECaus match as my first experience as an IND band wagoner.
Better than I expected.

Carlisle has apparently imported the SAC tanKings chaotic hell-paced game style into the same package with Haliburton and Hield and now he's trying to implement it with the addition of a bit more of order.

Sounds good. Looks good. Smells good.
But of course, still raw.

I'm an absolute anti-tanker type of guy. Radical one.
I think Rick ain't a big fan either.

In a few games I guess we'll know if we're heading shamelessly to a high pick or if we try to hold on the No Man's Land spot in order to give our younglings some competitive learning.
Play-in would be more a miracle than a Best Case Scenario.

Sounds like tank. Looks like tank. Smells like tank.
But, of course, still too early to tell.

Lance StephenTroll has been always a personal favorite of mine.
At least I have this.

Ooooooh. I understand now. Thank you for explaining.

Welcome Ricky Rubio fans. I was super bummed when the rumor in 2019 was we were gonna sign Rubio and it didn't happen. I have heard some noise that he may be staying in Europe indefinitely after his most recent injury, but I would not be unhappy if we re-signed him next year using his bird rights.

We used to be a huge pack in the past but now there's only a bunch of us still active at Spanish ACB Forum (our birth place).
People prefers Twitter or Telegram private groups or another SSMM stuff in these days.

So far I know, I'm the only ex-TimberTroll still active at RealGM. I don't know if someone writes here with a different nick than the Spanish one.

I know reading american (worldwide) BBall posts helped me a lot to make my English (barely) comprehensive.
In case some of you want to practice Spanish, here are the links to TimberTrolls and Nomades Indianos Spanish threads at Official ACB Forum-
