Wasn't easy but we held on. Big game for Buddy and Oshae good off bench. Nets tomorrow and Warren is playing. A healthy Warren would've helped us a lot

We just don't match up well defensively with the Wizards. Porzingis and Kuzma were having their way last night. Don't understand how Hield wound up having to try to guard the much bigger Porzingis last night. Smith may as well have stayed home for all he gave us. Oshae made his presence felt from the word go though. With the way their bigs were playing, I would have been tempted to try Turner and Goga together for a bit against them. Mathurin needs to work on taking better care of the ball.

It will be interesting to see how the guys play in the second game of this back-to-back.
The schedule makers sure didn't do us any favors with this coming on the heels of such a long road trip.

I thought it was humorous that Chris and Quinn kept cutting to Hali to hear what he had to say at given times of the game while he was mic'd up. They would keep hoping for him to say something, and most of the time he said.......nothing at all. I started to wonder whether he was silent on purpose, just to sort of mess with them a bit.

That injury report is such an obvious farce.

I don't know if I'm excited or worried about the Nets now.

We need to remember what the Warriors thought. There shouldn't be a walkover.

Embarrassing. We need defenders.

When do the IU Women play next?

I thought we'd wear a short handed team out. But my theory is they were playing guys who hadn't played the night before and had fresher legs.

Duarte is playing rehab games with the Ants. K Brown out indefinitely with stress factor in leg.

Miami won't be easy tonight.

Hey guys, Nets fan here. Not sure if this is the right thread for it, but realistically, what are you guys looking for in a Myles Turner trade?

Many of us hope he isn't traded and signs a new deal, but if he were to tell management he wants to be traded our need is size and defense at the 3 or 4. I don't see a deal with the Nets unless we want Simmons which isn't likely. You just don't have other young players on contracts big enough to balance Turner's.

Would you not want draft assets instead?

We already have 3 firsts in 2023. Also our front office has said they prefer to acquire players they've seen play in the Association to ones they haven't. Which is not to say we'd turn down a top 5 pick but do you have one?

I mean who is giving up a top 5 pick for Myles Turner? Nets can offer a 2027 first, but fair enough.

Looked at the schedule for the rest of 2022. Pretty scary. The only opponent in the next 10 games with a losing record is Miami. I'm saying we win three of the next ten. Hope I'm not being too generous.

Pacers get a big win over the GSW tonight, Hali looked good expect too many TO's.

The Nets don't have a lot of "draft" assets.

Wasn't the point but Turner is likely worth one first, given the contract situation and the Lakers-Pacers trade talks.
