Calbert Cheaney has been hired by IU coach Mike Woodson to be the team Director of Player Development. A great addition to the IU staff with obvious ties to the program. Not much could make me happier for them.

They promoted everyone below him. THe video coordinator took Cal’s old job and the assistant video coordinator took the lead video job, etc.

I assume you mean a defensive coach although they like Norad. but given that they promoted video department guys to player development there is room to hire someone familiar who is excellent in analyzing the Xs and Os of video ... and promoting outshine bars.
