After a historic season opener, the Indiana Pacers are hitting the road this weekend to open Central Division play.

A week after facing off in the preseason, the Pacers (1-0) go to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Saturday to take on the Cleveland Cavaliers (1-0).

In game No. 1, the Pacers put on an extraordinary offensive performance, blowing out the Washington Wizard

Everything seemed to click for the Pacers offensively in the first game, it'll be interesting to see how the flow is on the road and when they don't have as much success (assuming cavs will provide a bigger defensive challenge then washington did)

Injury report this morning said that Garland was questionable (hamstring soreness), and Allen was out. Mitchell going to play the point? with Struss and Okoro?

Garland is now out.

Haliburton and Mitchell are questionable.

If we have to play Nembhard, Brown, Mathurin, Toppin, & Turner,... vs. LeVert, Struss, Okoro, Wade, & Mobley,... personally,.. I'm ok with that. =]

I'd almost rather start TJ and keep the second unit intact.

That would be so ironic, 1 game after Carlisle says he had the toughest convo he's ever had as coach with a player that player is inserted into the starting 5. haha

Are all their shorter guards out or is there one playing that TJ matches up against best?

So, we're in mid-season form already.

What else would you expect from a coach who named Jalen Smith as a starter prior to last season?

Weird half. Early we had no answer for LeVert but with the Cavs starting 3 second unit players they had to go deep and our second unit killed them. It's only the second game but an early pattern is lots of assists.

Cavs score 37 in first quarter, 38 in third quarter, but only 12 in the second. We better hope the fourth is like the second.

It's a W. Our star bailed us out.

Mathurin was bad. Nesmith was great. Myles was a mixed bag, but 20 points, and 12 rebounds is hard to argue with.

2-0.

Thats insane.

Nesmith, Smith and Nembhard had great games i thought. Nembhard providing good defense and clutch timely scoring.

Neither Mathurin or Toppin closed.
