The Pacers took down the Bucks pretty well this year. Celtics are the top team in the East and it seems like a good test of where we are at.

No Brown or Nembhard? I wonder who gets the starting nod.

Buddy.

I'll be very happy with a split in these two Boston games. I hope it won't be out of hand when I switch to the Colts.

Switching to the Colts.

First half they couldn’t stop Tatum and Brown who were the major contributors for Celtics.

Pacers shooting 40% was the main problem that they couldn’t keep the lead under double digits much.

Celtics defense was very good.

I was super impressed even without Porzingis.

We so obviously have a Jarace Walker size hole in our defense. I try not to get too upset this season. This is a year of shooting practice waiting for our young guys to get up to speed. I'm sure 6 months ago we all expected to see our shiny new PF getting some minutes, as he's the only guy on the roster with the physical possibility of effectively slowing down a good 6'8"+ wing.
Please don't even listen to offers to trade him for expiring's. We've been patient for many years assembling some real talent. Do not blow it now getting froggy to earn a first round beat down.

Amen! Stay the course,... unless a clear-cut, step change in the overall, long-term potential of the team comes available. =]

(edit: that doesn't impact our financial flexibility)

Are we starting a new thread for tonight? Can the title of this thread be edited to include both dates?

I switched to football but saw Ty carried off. Apparently hamstring. Better than knee but . . .

Yes, Tyrese slipped in the lane and did the splits and has a left hamstring strain. Won’t be back tonight.

TJ McConnell playing well picking up the slack.

Big win cleverly timed to be at football halftime.

Great finish and calls going the Pacers way for the close win.

You never know about a hamstring injury, could be 3-4 days or 3-4 weeks. This is what I was talking about when I said this team can't trade off Nembhard in a Siakam deal. Also losing Haliburton or Turner cripples the team. It's a wonder they won this game. The Celtics are still really good even without Tatum.
