His total lack of loyalty is the sole reason his jersey won't ever be retired by anyone, and back in 2017 everyone said the Pacers were at fault for his displeasure... So,

He forced a trade out of Indiana.

He forced a trade out of OKC.

Now, he can't even remain loyal to the said team he grew up rooting for, and one that mortgaged their entire future to get him and will continue to do so even after he deserted them yesterday.

I don’t know about the rest of you, but to me personally it's embarrassing as a fan to know that I ever rooted for this guy... As far as I'm concerned today - He was never here.

What did the Clippers end up with out of him? No championships, they still owe a #1 pick and 2 swaps to the Thunder.

Clippers were asking PG to take a below market offer to return to a team whose window has arguably closed. In 2017 Pacers were going nowhere and its front office seemed have no answers. I really can’t blame him for either decision. Front offices have to perform too.

When PG forced his way out of Indy he and his career were dead to me. I focused on Sabonis and Oladipo who were incoming to the team.

As a fan I understand that sometimes players are all about taking care of #1(Buddy Hield) most recently. Buddy left in a better way than PG and I have more respect for him wanting to leave for perceived better money and playing time.

I pretty much concentrate on the Pacers and occasionally might see former Pacers players like Sabonis play in a game, but the emotional feeling is gone even though I really liked Domas, Buddy, Edward Sumner and others.

I don’t like arrogant players however I can respect their talent but not their personalities. Many players have confidence or strong attitudes and that is better than arrogance and selfish behavior imho.

If you really believe he's worth $212 million then by all means enjoy your oceanside view here in Indiana... Guy is a mercenary and the biggest two-faced weasel in NBA history.

Too bad about Victor Oladipo, his sudden rise and sudden fall from that injury and his subsequent injuries was a stunning example of how fast it can turn around.

Were I a GM would I pay PG that kind of money? Hell no! But, in the market place you are worth what someone will pay you. Are the prospects of the Clippers worth taking a discount? Can I see where a logical person conclude they are not? I don’t see it for Philly either.

I think this year will be a good year for Philly,... though I don't think with Maxey (pray for the young guy? I don't think he deserves this?), George, & Embiid, that they are a championship threat,... but who knows what a little luck can bring?

Unfortunately, if history is any guide,... with Morey & George's history colliding,.. year 2 will be a bit worse,.. that ends up in finger pointing,... year 3 will be a disaster, with George requesting a trade about half-way through, & Morey taking his own narrative to the media. It will all fall apart, wasting what is left of Embiid's prime. Summer of '27 Embiid is a UFA, likely that George declines his option & leaves,... and Maxey is left holding the bag on a major, long timeline rebuild?.....

Gotta be what a 50/50 chance at this point?.... (no, not a pessimist. More of a realist,... but this has the potential to be a 'karma powder-keg'?
