Don't get me wrong; I'd love it if we land a big name. But there's only one ball to go around and I like that our star is the type who shares the ball rather than play hero ball.

Yeah,.. I do think we get overlooked,... We have good balance,.. good depth,.. & great chemistry. I don't think we had the 'developed talent' to win the East last year,... but I'm not so sure about this year,.. and more likely next. I think we still have some room to grow from within, but would still put us behind the Celts & Knicks in terms of raw talent.
I think this makes the matchup with the NYK that much harder for the Pacers,... We don't have to plan for Randle,.. but Pascal matched up with Randle very well over his career. Now,.. Myles has to match up with KAT. I believe he can do it,... not only do it, but go toe-to-toe with the all-star. They both play all over the court. It will be interesting to see who wins the post when the Pacers defend? Myles defense or KAT's offense? Can Myles get enough foot quickness to guard KAT out on the floor when the Knick's switch?
If Myles can hold his own vs KAT? this could even help our matchups a bit? DD was difficult for us last year? Though it does seem like this means that Hart will start? OG wanted more of a role on offense,... looks like he's gonna get it!
Won't know till we see it? I'm really impressed with the Knicks FO this year. Can't do anything but respect the moves they've made.
Interesting impact on the matchup with the Celtics as well, with Porzingis potentially out, that has to give the NYK better side of the center matchup, probably even with Porzingis? Difference could come down to NYK having to trade DD? He matched up well with White?
