Off we go.

This should be sticky and last year's should be unstuck.

Kawhi out for “weeks”. Brutal for a team that lost PG for nothing, and dealt so many picks and SGA. Okc could get a top 4 pick out of this.

Was on another website, looking at the comments by LAC fans under this post,... as you said, 'Brutal' is an apt description. Most of the comments had to be censored in some form for public consumption,... at this point, I feel for them.

I was shocked that the Magic manhandled the Heat leading by 30 in the 3rd quarter. I knew the Magic were stout but surprised the Heat got smoked by 19 at home. Jimmy Butler 1-8 and 3 points for the night.

Will be interesting to see if they turn it around. I’m pretty sure I picked the Pacers to finish ahead of the Heat though.

But atleast their new arena looks amazing.

Hell of a game last night too, despite being short handed.

Schroder has had such a wild career. He also got into it with Ja Morant and Memphis last night and had to be separated. lol

He’s such a unique character in the game. He can go on scoring binges, assist and breakdown the opponents defense, and other times be a bit of a hothead.

Annnnnnnnnd,... just maybe it could have something to do with so many players being injured, the games so far being slowed down, more repetitive, & less fun to watch? Should improve as the season picks up,... but from comments I've read by posters, posting about their own teams, most just haven't enjoyed the style of play & 'state of the league' at this point? It already feels like a grind this year,.. to way more fan bases than just the Pacers. About the only team that has keyed up fans is the Hawks? (deservedly so this year,... most certainly after what they went through last year.)

Silver:

And as we move to streaming services, putting aside how the actual game is played on the floor, it's going to allow us from a production standpoint to do all kinds of things that you can't do through traditional television. All kinds of new functionality, all kinds of new options and screens that are available...

So,.. if the game is boring,.. you are just going to load up NBA2K25, hold a drawing & let the fans on-line battle it out?.... o0

I suppose this could be looked at statistically, but I have to wonder if having losing teams in the biggest markets is part of the problem.

You make a good point,... that could be part of it? Larger markets, & historically teams that have large fan bases outside their geographic market are generally not having contending years, this year? (other than say Boston?) Some of the teams that are starting to do well,... many of the general NBA website posters just don't like (Bucks). Makes it hard to keep an interest?

Add to that the economic market this year,... & people might also have a bit more on their mind & a bit more to do than enjoy a game? At least at this point?

Are the Knicks the best team in baseball? 13-4 in last 17.

2nd in FG%
2nd in 3PT%

Team seems to be flowing and usually they are smashing their opponents.
