In this article Oladipo says he was told by another Dr that they botched his quad surgery when he was still a Pacer. It doesn't sound like he's blaming the Pacers but rather the Dr and the procedure that was done. He says he was told that the procedure might have been ok for a 90 year old woman.

He had another surgery in 2023 and still wants to play.

Victor Oladipo and his team picked his surgeon for that operation. He did not use the doctor that the Pacers had recommended. I believe that Agness and Tony East previously reported this.

Which is a little crazy considering the pacers medical staff seems to have a pretty good reputation generally and among players

I did not watch the entire pod cast but I didn't get the feeling he was blaming the Pacers.
