What are the Pacers looking for? I am a Cleveland fan and I would be interested in seeing what you guys would want.

For the offseason, we will allow individual threads to discuss trade proposals that will not require links or documentation. However, you must do the following:

1. Have a real proposal
2. Run it through the Trade Checker and put the results in the OP
3. Give your arguments for making the deal

For Waivers/Free Agent Signings

1. Give your arguments for what role the player would play in the organization
2. How will he help?
3. How will we pay for him? (ie...MLE, LLE, vet mins)

It's not unreasonable to ask that you do a little homework to generate a good discussion. Please be aware that threads that don't at least meet these minimum requirements will likely be locked. Here's an example of what might be locked:
