Any of these guys interest you as signings this year?

If the price is right.
I think that the Pacers are in the market for a good perimeter defender. But given the team's payroll situation, he is going to have to come cheap. The Pacers could use their second-round pick to take a stab at it (or their first-round pick, if Westbrook is still on the table), but Allen might make sense too if he comes at a VERY low salary.
And for a minimalish contract, Green is worth a shot. Maybe he has just been a little slow to develop...or maybe he just plain sucks, but no real harm done if the Pacers bring him in for an end-of-the-bench type salary.

Not really. I'm interested in Duhon though.

I do think that they would love to have Tony Allen. I know I would.

I still have a weird man crush on Gerald Green. It all started when we drafted Danny Granger. Green fell to us, but we drafted Danny. Gotta admit I was very disappointed, but obviously it was the right decision.
With our offensive system, you never know what we could accomplish with Green.
*sigh* I doubt he ever becomes anything though ,even with all of that potential.

Green has no concept of how to play organized basketball.

Funny you say that, I was hoping for Green too. Man am I glad we didn't pick him, but I would love to give him a shot now.

No thanks for Green. The kid was a bust in Boston but showed promise, went to Minnesota in the blockbuster and was a huge bust. Then went to Houston, his hometown and many said it was his last chance, and he sucked there too.

Green has had a chance to make an impact in Boston, Minnesota and Houston. Two of the three were terrible teams, and he failed to do much. For this reason I would be hesitant on taking him.
I would love Tony Allen, but I wouldn't give up too much, or overly pursue him. He is still coming off major knee surgery, which is a red flag. He reminds me a lot of Orien Greene.

No way. Orien Greene was one of the worst players to ever wear the pacers

No way, Orien was a very good perimeter defender who struggled with a jumper. He is also still in the league, unlike Gerald Greene who some people on here are in love with because he can jump.

Green can also shoot the ball really well.

I have wanted Green since he entered the association...I still want to give him a shot if the price is right

The guy needs gametime. He wouldnt get that here, as he essentially plays the same position as Granger, Dunleavy, Williams, etc. He needs to play a bunch in the D-League before an NBA gives him any more than a one year deal.

He's right...after Orien failed as the starting PG at the start of the season, they cut him.

If the Kings looked at OG as a starting PG they were sure to be dissapointed.
