I'm glad you posted this because I had forgot the game came out today. I'll be picking it up when I get off work in about an hour and a half.

Does anyone know if you can download this year's rosters for the '08 version? I looked for the update on my PS3 only to find the last update from March (after the trade deadline).

Played a game with the Pacers. Hibbert is awesome. TJ Ford is fast, and effective.

The tendencies of the team are all wrong. They are still from before the fast pace. So far, I'm not having much success with them considering how low they are rated. Rasho is pretty good though.

It'll take some time to get used to playing without a guy like JO in the post.

How are the ratings this year for our beloved Pacers? I know in the past couple years they have been quite unfavorable.

Well I bought Live 09 and 2K9. I'll figure out which I like best and then try to sell the other. The graphics of Live are amazing. A lot of little things (jersey numbers, shoe colors) are wrong with the roster but they do have ALL of our players surprisingly.

Where can I find the Pacers roster? I want to get this for PS3, but SOCOM is coming out soon.

What is "SOCOM"?

He really is. I just get him in on the low block and back down the defender like it's nothing. Plus he eats up everything that comes off the rim. If he played this well in real life he'd be a hall of famer.

You need to get some decent sliders. All post guys are like that.

Hibbert is much better than Murphy at backing down. Foster is inbetween.

My Starting lineup usually is Ford/Rush/Granger/Rasho/Hibbert then switch to a bench of Jack ( Tinsley or Diener...depending on the matchup ) / Marquis / Dunleavy / Murphy / Foster.

Now that JONeal is gone.....if I want to go "small and quick".....I sometimes put Granger or Dunleavy at the PF spot. Unfortunately...Granger is one of the better Low Post defenders on the Pacers roster now.

So....for those that play 2k9....when you use the Pacers...what's your primary lineup?

My starting lineup is usually Ford / Dunleavy / Granger / Foster / Hibbert

Then Jack, Rush, Daniels, Murphy and Rasho

Sometimes Granger at the PF.

I hope he will finally find a home for long term success.

Defense is just too hard in the game.
