What happened during their last meeting?
Obviously, we’ve yet to face the Nets this season. Last time we played New Jersey, on Mar. 28, we won 123-115, but two days before that, on Mar. 26, we lost 124-117.

Drew’s Thought on the Game:
We’ve played each team tough to start the season, especially in the win over Boston. It would be a huge letdown for us to play poorly against a team like New Jersey, who I believe we should, without-a-doubt, beat. T.J. will have to play well against Harris, while Danny will have to go toe-to-toe with Carter on the offensive end. We can rest easy knowing that Danny, even minus a pair of front teeth, will play harder on defense than Vincansity.

Let’s go PACERS!

The NJN might be 2-2, but they are light years worse than the teams we've already had to play so far. Harris will be a rough guard. Ford has played really nice defense so far.

I hope we do our standard up quick by 10 points thing, and never relinquish it!

Pacers could really use Dunleavy. Pacers get going real early, but seem to fade late. Granger can't do it all himself.

Roy Hibbert is 8th overall in the NBA for blocks right now. He's a reserve. Against this Nets team without a powerful inside presence, I'm looking for more Hibbert in this game.

Time for Hibb Hibb Hooray to teach those young Jersey Centers how tough life can be when you play the Pacers. I predice another 30+ game from Danny tonight, can't see anyone stopping him with the way he has been playing.

This will be a big game for Hibbert as he is going against other inexperienced guys.

I expect Granger to score 20 in the first 5 minutes of the game, followed by Obie pulling him out - I only assume telling Granger to not shoot the ball again - Granger will come back in and be invisible until 2 minutes left in the 4th when he will make two of his four 3 pointers.

I completely agree. Danny was visibly fired up last night with the favoritism that Lebron was getting, while Danny still outperformed him on the offensive end. I predict Danny will come out with a fire lit and drop another 30+ point game and play excellent defense on VC.

They beat the pistons last night. Stop under-rating the nets.

ready for every game.

^Definitely, they've been a real surprise packet with the intensity that they have shown so far this season.

Why does Granger sub out half way through the 1st quarter every game?

No idea, but Foster is out scoring everyone, so whatever.

Rush with a great drive, missed a 3. Murphy is his normal inconsistent self on 3 pointers. So far, what you'd expect.

Inconsistent? The announcers said hes shot 50% this year.

Haha, I love Granger, every time he drives to the basket you hear "OH! AND ONE!"

Just a feeling, so I'll go with I'm wrong. One game he was money money money in the first half, and then nothing much in the second.

I guess just watching those transition 3's not falling is screwing with me. I think I'm talking specifically about the transition fast break 3s.
