ATL and BOS are so close. Down to the wire good. JJ is doing well.

Inbound to Bibby fumbled, ball game. Celtics steal one the hawks should have won IMO

The Spurs minus Parker and Ginobili. They are going to struggle until they get at least one of them back.
I hate to admit it, but the Hawks are for real.

30/20 by D Howard so far. I don't know how we slow him down.

We were missing Murphy, Granger, and Dunleavy and we still made it happen

Robert Swift has his nails painted black? What the hell. That's the most surprising thing I've seen tonight.

I can't see how you can say any team is for real less than 10 games into the season. They sure look like it, but remember we blew out Boston without Dunleavy. If they're still doing this kind of thing halfway through the season then maybe we can talk about being for real. Not knocking them at all, I'm just wondering how they're going to deal with it when they inevitably lose a few.

I'm not totally sold on the Hawks yet, because their bench looks REALLY thin to me...their bench pretty much consists of Flip Murray, Maurice Evans, and Pachulia (once Josh Smith is back in the starting lineup). That ain't much, although Murray has been playing really well. Very good starting lineup, though, if it avoids injuries and doesn't get worn down over an 82-game season.
After watching the Portland-Miami game, I remain convinced that Miami is not a playoff team this year. They just don't have any size. A healthy Wade is probably enough to ensure they win at least 30 games, but I think 40 is doubtful.
I'd like to see the Knicks play (haven't had a chance to watch them yet). I've always thought of them as a really poorly assembled team, but not a team devoid of talent. If D'Antoni figures out how to patch them together...maybe their early season start is not too much of a fluke and they have a legit shot at sneaking into the playoffs?

30/19...and
10 BLOCKS.
Man, do I wish he played for us. We would rule the freaking world with him at center.
