Question about Free Food and Drinks at Pacer games?

Hey. My brother is getting me Pacer tickets for my 21st birthday 
. He said they are section 17 row 4 (sounds pretty good to me). He said he thought he heard some about free food and free drinks (just like beer or whatever) but wasn't sure if it was accurate. I thought I remember them saying something about having that now, but I didn't know where the seats were and if he was just getting it mixed up with the Locker Room restaurant which is expensive. Thanks!
