I'm going with Daniels. If it hadn't been for him, we would have never got back in the game after a poor first quarter.

Re: Pacesetter: 12/7 vs. Celtics
I might get killed, but Jarret Jack.
I loved his defense. I loved his free throw shooting late and i loved how he took on the Celtics defense. Late in the game, i thought he played fearless and made things happen. I know he missed the last second shot, but knowing you only have 0.8 seconds is hard as is, but in the 4th when Pacers went cold, i thought Jack was outstanding.

I'm going Murphy.
I'd say Daniels, but Ray scorched him on defense.

I'm sorry, but you're not voting based on the game but rather because you love Ford, which we all do as well.
Please re-consider. I'm not going to count that.
Marquis Daniels - 1.0
Jarrett Jack - 1.0

Grang33r, I am with you, I with go with Jarrett Jack.
He played well in the 4th quarter. Marquis easily had my vote, but he didn't score enough or do enough for me in the 4th or OT. He had a wide-open 3 and couldn't even hit the rim. Granger scored, but on a lot of shots. Jack just needs to talk to Derek Fisher and get that 16-foot fade-away buzzer-beater down.

Re: Pacesetter: 12/7 vs. Celtics
From the C's perspective it was easily Marquis Daniels....this guy got to where ever he wanted on the court and made some tough shots and leaners.
This is how you beat the C's defense....you have to get into the paint with some form of penetration and make the defense move then either make a tough shot (but a good look) or pass and make your jumpers.
The Pacers really did a great job getting down low and scoring in the paint....I really didn't think a team could do that SO EASILY against the defense of the Celtics but I was wrong. We could not stop the Pacers from scoring from the 2nd part of the 1st quarter and on.
We really had no business winning this game but because we have more "star power" or what have you we ended up making a shot or a play more that led to the win.
The Pacers just need one more "star" because Granger is right there....maybe it's Dunleavy who knows but they do need another big time player that is able to get his own shot when the clock is running down.
Daniels and Murphy are solid solid rotational players that are starters materials in certain systems and this is one of them. Rush and Hibbert are pretty solid young guys for where they were drafted and they do need more time to grow and learn. I think both of them can definitely contribute to a playoff type of team.
I'm not sold on your PG situation though. TJ Ford is fine but he's small and an injury waiting to happen. Jarret Jack would make a great solid backup PG....he just isn't a starter and with the Tinsley fiasco....I don't even know what to say about that lol.
But much credit for a hard fought game....the effort and passion is always there when the Pacers play at least when they play the C's and it's down right annoying!

Re: Pacesetter: 12/7 vs. Celtics
About Daniels- What hurt his vote from me tonight was, his poor defense. Ray Allen smoked Daniels all game, especially in the 4th and OT period, which effected me from voting on Daniels. Also, i thought Daniels went cold late in the game and lost a few balls. I thought he had a great game, but i just think Jack had the bigger impact. Daniels doesn't lose some of those balls late, we may be winning this game.

Daniels.
O'Brien should have called a timeout on the last possession of reg. The rest was fine.

Quisy. He was the one keeping us afloat the whole first half and gave us hope. Without Quisy, Jack would not have a situation in which to push for the second half.
Marquis Daniels.

Re: Pacesetter: 12/7 vs. Celtics
0.5 to Quis and 0.5 to T-Murda
Quis was great in the 1st half, the game was close in the half, because of him.
And Murphy, I liked his hustle, and in the 2nd half he made some good shots too...

Great game guys, Marquis killed us. He had his way with the C's in the 1st half.
