Yeah seriously, Larry Bird took some heat at the time for the deal and i remember many people who tried to give credit to Bird for the deal were saying he got a stud in Ike Diogu. Murphy and Dunleavy have been great though. I hope when the time comes to trade one or even both of them, we can get a good return as well, but time will only tell. But i am very excited to see Mike Dunleavy make his return tonight.

Gremz you are the king of awesome! Man I hope Dunleavy and TJ are in tonight, Suns are not playing the greatest ball this year and it would be great to steal one on the road from them.

I'm hoping we can somehow contain Amare tonight. Last time we played him, he scored 49 points on us. And last season he had a 42 point game on us. The dude is scary good when he plays us.

While we are in the desert, it might be wise to bribe the Suns' trainers to switch sides. They have a knack for rejuvenating older guys with injury histories. Perhaps they could keep our habitually injured team healthy for a change.

Yeah TJ Ford could use that, the guy is out every other game

I would love to see Mike start if he's actually healthy enough to contribute. I'm loving that he's coming back, but I'm gonna try to not get my hopes up for him to be a major factor until after this road trip. It's gonna take a few games for him to get back into game shape most likely.

On another note, not to bad mouth you guys who do the AIM chat or anything, but doesn't that sorta eliminate the need for a game thread?

Absolutely, but it has the advantage of having quicker response time and being non-filtered, which means ornery individuals such as myself can say obscene things about whatever they choose without having their entries edited out with a highlighted message warning me of my evil ways and their consequences. Besides, most of us in the chat actually do post messages on the game thread simultaneously. It's true, I currently have no life.
