Their magic # is actually 6, not 3 (or unmagic #? I don't know what it's called). But realistically we have to go probably 8-2, beating the Bulls twice, so I concur.

Edit: Their=Our=Pacers

Yeah, we play 7 of our last 10 games at home, though, so, we have a decent shot. Beating Chicago this Saturday will be key.

I said this in another related thread, but lose tonight and it's over folks.

We are 4 1/2 games behind the Bulls with just ten games left. It's close to insurmountable already. Our schedule is favorable, but theirs isn't too tough either. Even if we sweep these two games against Chicago, we'd be 2 1/2 games back (2 if we win the game inbetween), heading into a game against the Spurs with seven games left.

Yeah...I'd say that if we picked up a loss on a night when we're not even playing, we're pretty much ****.

Now that's some damn good analyzing there.

I'm with scoot, this is very insightful.

I think I read a report somewhere that Hibbert just picked up his third off-court foul, though. I still maintain that he will be the first NBA player to foul back into a game.
