All-Time Pacers draft signup

With all the draft talk going on, I felt like this would be a cool game to play that will give everybody a better understanding of Pacers history. I completely jacked this from the Player Comparison board, so credit goes to those guys. Don't worry. Tradition games will be coming soon...
The Rules
Every team will draft a 12-man roster of any player who has ever played in a Pacers uniform. At the end of the draft, every GM will do a write-up of team philosophies, player roles, and rotational minutes, towards the goal of proving that their team is the best.
For every Pacer drafted, GMs must select a season for that player. For players who have played with another team besides the Pacers, you must pick a full season (50+ games) that they played with the Pacers. For example, Alex English was a 16-8 guy for the Pacers but that pales in comparison to the 30-point season he had as a Nugget. However, he only has one complete season with Indiana, and that's the season a GM must pick if they are to choose Alex English. Other players like Jermaine O'Neal have great peak years with the Pacers, and so drafting those players isn't a bad idea, plus everyone is assumed to be healthy.
Draft order will be ABBAABBAABBA, so if there were 4 teams, the order would be 1234432143211234 and that would repeat.
A list of all-time Pacers is conveniently located here.
An example starting lineup would be:
Vern Fleming 1989-1990
Reggie Miller 1989-1990
Ron Artest 2003-2004
George McGinnis 1974-1975
Brad Miller 2001-2002
Domination.
I will randomly generate a draft order using unbendable envelopes. Or numbers in a hat. Or a website that will do these things for me.
