If Flynn's still around, we take him and trade him.

Flynn, won me over during the Big East Trounament. If we invest in a pg with this pick either Ford needs to be traded and Jack resigned or you keep Ford and let Jack walk. The point being there needs to be minutes for Flynn. Just like there were minutes for Granger, Rush and Hibbert.

Probably not, but in this scenario (which really isn't all that farfetched), he is.

I think someone will fall to us. It might not be Flynn, but there will be someone that I think will be available at our pick who we thought wouldn't be.

As for Flynn, he doesn't fill a need, and he's too similar to TJ Ford. If we could work out a trade, yeah I'd take him, but for the pure fact that this is a mock draft, we shouldn't take him.

I'm going with James Johnson. Strong, good offensive skill set, and can play the 4.

I hate this scenario for the Pacers. I guess take Flynn and trade him. I still said pick Maynor though, cause that's who I like.

Clark, he has the athletic ability to guard players. I think that in this system he may be able to play the PF spot (though would prefer him to be our sixth man at SF AND PF).

I wouldn't be disappointed with picking any of those guys outside of BJ Mullens and Austin Daye. I think all of those guys could do something for us (or has the potential to).

Though if we are in this scenario I think Flynn would be the pick and we would trade down to get someone else plus a young guy or veteran player.

I'd prefer to trade out of this spot, but if we stay put, Flynn is a great choice in the unlikely case that he is available. It would probably make sense to try and trade T.J. if we get a top PG prospect in this draft. Trading T.J. to move up (Washington? Minnesota?) could make sense. I wouldn't want to take 4 PGs (T.J., Jack, Diener, and draft pick) into next season (5 when you count Tinsley). And I don't want to let Jack go - he is a good long term piece... a good defender, reserve guard that we have needed for a long time.

if it goes this way, you'd want to hope that someone wants to move up a few picks to get someone in particular. the talent curve looks very flat to me.

I voted for James Johnson. If the draft plays out this way, Johnson, Clark, and Flynn would be the most likely choices. I believe that if LB & Co. are serious about bringing back Jarrett Jack, then they may pass on Flynn, no matter how good he is.

Johnson and Clark are both SF/PF swingmen, Johnson seems to be more like a PF, especially his draft camp measurements of 6'8" and 257lbs, and benching 18 reps (just as strong as Blair in this test) Clark seems to be more of a SF, even though he measured out to be 6'9"....

The biggest difference between Flynn and TJ is about 30 lbs. of muscle (adv. Flynn). Ford compares more favorably with Jennings and Maynor because their size dictates that they can't guard bigger players. Flynn may be 6', but his superior vertical and strength has him on par with taller point guards. His IQ, quickness and competitiveness will help him surpass most other 1's.

Flynn should be gone before we pick anyway, but you never know.

Good to see all the Clark supporters since his name hasn't really been tied to us in the mock drafts. Outside of Holiday he is my favorite player projected around where we're picking. He's not an all-star but is definitely a role-player that would fit in nicely with Granger, Rush, Hibbert, and Ford.

We're all tied up..........if there isn't a serious budge either way, I might create another poll with just 2-3 of the leading candidates (votes from this one).

Maynor clearly wasn't going to win so I changed to Clark.
